A versatile flush door that can set the dimensions according to wall thickness. This flush door can accommodate lightweight partitions and RC walls, allowing for adjustable outer frame dimensions. The outer frame attached to the wall is made of aluminum extruded material with a silver anodized finish, preventing issues like cracking that can occur with bending. Additionally, the frame depth can be specified in 10mm increments from 110mm to 200mm, and we will attach welding anchors that match the specified frame dimensions before shipping. The lock can be equipped with latch-type locks such as lever handles or round knobs, as well as Gremon handles or electric locks. The four-sided frame has a stainless steel bottom. In the case of a three-sided frame, the bottom of the door includes an adjustable rubber with a shifting function, and there is also a door bottom specification that meets airtight performance grade A-4. Furthermore, it is possible to add a stainless steel kick plate at the bottom as an option. Manufactured by a cleanroom door manufacturer, this product boasts high dimensional accuracy, with all custom dimensions made to the nearest millimeter.
